Water Loss d.o.o. Sarajevo has signed a contract with NALDEO (France) for a new project in Jordan: Consulting Services for the Preparation of a Technical Study – Miyahuna Non-Revenue Water (NRW) Project, Jordan
The project tasks to:
- Review the technical report prepared for the project’s feasibility.
- Provide technical data required for the financial model (to be developed by a financial advisor) and ensure that technical aspects are accurately reflected in the financial model.
- Support the design of the payment mechanism, including operational expenditures (OPEX), capital expenditures (CAPEX), and performance-based components.
- Define the NRW measurement and performance assessment mechanisms.
- Prepare technical specifications for the Performance-Based Contract (PBC) document.
- Provide overall guidance on PBC design.
- Participate in private sector market sounding activities, presenting the project’s technical aspects and documentation to potential stakeholders and gathering feedback.
- Assist in the preparation of prequalification criteria and bid structure, ensuring that, from a technical perspective, the tender documents are bankable by IFC and other international financial institutions (IFIs) and accurately reflect the post-tender implementation of the project.
